Lia Block is an American racing driver who competes in the F1 Academy, an all-female single-seater racing series founded by Formula 1. Block made her transition to open-wheel racing as a member of the Williams Driver Academy, for which she races with ART Grand Prix. Having previously established herself in off-road and rally competitions—including becoming the youngest American Rally Association champion in history in 2023—she experienced a steep learning curve but has shown significant progress in single-seater racing. After scoring her first points and subsequent podium finishes in the 2024 and 2025 seasons, Block secured her maiden F1 Academy race victory in Singapore in October 2025. Her participation in the F1 Academy is a key part of her journey to build a career in professional motorsport.
